Women in transition: A training path

The book is the result of a research conducted by Gender in 1990-91 at the request of Employment Guidance Centre in Milan. Extension of the experience of the French centre "Retravailler" and designed specifically as a function of adult women who want to return to the labour market, the research aims to analyze and to compare the quality and characteristics of the orientation request expressed by women who have applied to centre between 1987 and 1990 and the training proposal developed by the structure of the course in three years of operation.
