Women at work. Gender analysis of flexible labour market

Subject of the book is the study of the potential effects that the development of flexible forms of work (revised by "Biagi law") will have on the local labour market (Modena and Reggio Emilia), and in particular the potential impact on female employment, in relations with gender policies and instruments for achieving a better balance between private life and work, in order to achieve real equal opportunities between men and women workers.
