Time for the Family. Family Time Policy as an Opportunity for Sustainable Family Policy (Eighth Family Report)

The independent expert committees report investigates the meaning of time for the reconciliation of care and work. The analysis of some current figures and facts to the organisation of time from families and their respective influencing structural conditions identifies time (or the lack of it) as one major factor which has sustainably influence to the wellbeing and to the quality of life of families. Furthermore, such a factor causes big social and economic consequences. The report substantiates the necessity to take greater account of time policies for families as an important pillar of effective family policy.
