Die Bildung der Differenz. Weiterbildung und Beratung im Kontext von Gender Mainstreaming

This book addresses to professionals and practitioners and focusses on adult education, skills development and gender equality. With the implementation of gender mainstreaming in Germany, there is an increasing demand for gender training. Based on interviews with gender trainers and counsellors, the effects of marketization and professionalization of gender training are identified and potential and limits for the transformation of gender relations through various intervention strategies are explored.
