Aims and objectives
The project financed by the European Progress Programme aim at integrating gender in all training delivred to civil servant and the organisation of a basic training for all new civil servants.
Results and impact
3 tools have been produced and have been disseminated (paper + website). A basic traning for all new civil servants (from state and loacl level) has become compulsory. One of the guide can support trainers in how integrate gender in their mainstream training.
