Committee Report 2010/11:JuU11. Crimes of Violence and Crime Victims

Describes the mission to work for cooperation across sectors and professionals when it comes to treating children who are crime victims. The organisation of so called 'barnahus' ('Houses for Children') is mentioned: places where the police and prosecution sectors cooperate with the social and health care sectors (that is: a child with suspected illegal FGM should meet the police, the social worker and health care staff in one and the same building). These activities are now expected to take place according to national guidelines.
