The role of men and boys in advancing gender equality and breaking gender stereotypes

Within the framework of the EU Mutual Learning Programme in Gender Equality, aiming at cultivating conversations and sharing experiences on good practices on gender equality in Europe, this event is co-organised by the European Comission and co-host countries, Ireland and Austria.

Participants, including EIGE, will discuss the role of men and boys in advancing gender equality and breaking gender stereotypes, and talk about the current situation in their own countries.

The exchange will be held between official representatives and independent experts from the co-host countries Ireland and Austria, one official delegate and one independent expert from each of the other participating countries, and European Commission delegates.
