Aims and objectives
Scala's main concern is the emancipation of women, focusing on empowerment via stimulating participation in all levels of public life. This ranges from research, monitoring, training, event organisation and providing advice at all levels of public life. In the last few years, we have broadened our focus to include developing projects that examine the role of men and boys in achieving gender equality. Our objectives are the promotion of gender equality at all levels of civil and public society. We support the equal sharing of family responsibility between men and women. We stimulate women's economic and socially independence. Promoting egalitarian attitudes and praxis. Centre for expertise on women's emancipation.
