Activity of European Commission Expert Group on Gender and Employment (EGGE)
Aims and objectives
The tasks of this network are:
- to provide assessments of the extent to which Member States' National Reform Programmes for employment promote and mainstream gender equality;
- to prepare two thematic reports per year covering the 30 countries;
- to draft analytical notes which support the work of the Commission in the analysis and monitoring of equality between women and men within the labour market.
