The Department of Administrative Reform and Electronic Government is responsible for matters that relate to the framework of work of civil servants as well as the framework, supervision and guidance of the structures and operation of all public services. With regard to reconciliation policies, it is responsible for the design of parental leave policies for employees of the public sector.
