Unternehmensnetzwerk (Company Network)

The company network is a joint initiative of the Federal Ministry of Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth and the Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce which has existed since 2008. It is a central platform for enterprises interested in, or already committed to, a family-conscious personnel policy. The aim of the network is to sensitize a large number of enterprises for the necessity and the advantages of an improved reconciliation of work and family and to recruit them for the network. It allows member companies to announce their commitment to reconciliation of work and family and to exchange views with other companies. In addition, the network office serves as a point of contact for enterprises and disseminators. The company network is part of the programme "Success Factor Family".
