Self-Assessment Guide on Gender Equality in Companies

This resource aims to support companies and organisations in general, from all sectors of activity and dimensions, in carrying out a diagnosis - a gender audit or a self-assessment process in terms of gender equality and work-life balance. It results from the Social Dialogue and Equality in Companies Project, funded by the Equal - Community Initiative Programme, and took place between 2006 and 2008. It was based on a cooperative project involving trade unions, employers representatives, official bodies and research centres.
