This is the final survey report, based on interviews with users and childcare facility representatives, of the national programme "reconciliation of work and family" (Operational Programme "Human Resources Development) through which mothers (and since 2013 some categories of fathers) are subsidised in order to attain childcare places for their children. The survey shows the crucial role that such placements play in sustain employment posts or giving time to look for a job.
