This is a special section/report within the Greek Ombudsman's 2012 annual report. It examines the extent of the implementation of equal treatment at work, according to the provisions of the article 25, para. 8 of the Law 3896/2010. It particularly looks at the termination of work contracts, the involuntary harmful change of working conditions, occupational development and gender discrimination, remuneration and benefits and sexual harassment.
