Hallituksen tasa-arvo-ohjelma 2008-2011. Loppuraportti

The final report of the Government Gender Equality Action Plan 2008-2011 was prepared by a cross-ministerial monitoring working group. According to the working group and the self-evaluations of ministries, the Action Plan has been implemented quite well (grade 3 on the scale of 1-5). Progress has been made in particular as regards to gender mainstreaming (grades ranging from 3,5 for education to 2,4 for gender impact assessments in the planning of legislation)
