Positive action plan
Since the 1990s all eleven public Broadcasting Corporations have Positive Action Plans according to respective State Law on Radio and Television. The corporations have taken several measures in the field of awareness-raising, increasing motivation and futher education on the theme. No quota are imposed in this action plan.
Aims and objectives
- To raise awareness among organisations about gender imbalances and to educate and motivate them in tackling these issues through State set positive action plans
Results and impact
Results differ significantly since many regulations leave scope for more or less management commitment. Female general managers show the best results - there are three of them.
