No specific guidance has been provided on how gender perspective should be integrated, the ministries have developed their own practices. Focus is on integrating the gender perspective in the process of drafting budgets in ministires, rather than on assessing the gendered impacts of the budgetary decisions made. The only assessment of the gendered impacts of budgetary decisions was made on the budget of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health in 2005.
