Ethical code
The Council promotes the implementation of an Ethical Code to the benefit of fair competition and the protection of consumers. This is considered a way of embedding social responsibility and business ethics in the relationships between all parties involved in this business, in keeping with the existing legal framework in the country and best practices internationally. The Council also carries out awareness-raising activities to support the implementation of the Code, including its provisions on equal opportunities of women and men.

Results and impact
No evaluation was conducted so far, but a better consideration of gender equality in the representation of expertise in the media has been noted by Council members following the adoption of the Code
