Asylum law does not recognize the term "refugee", instead it uses terms "alien" or "asylum seeker"
Definition of 'particular social group' and type(s) of persecution addressed
Definition: Group creates a social group in case that its members share inherited characteristics or immutable common origin; share characteristics or believes fundamental to their identity or conscience to a level that a person should not be required to change them and due to them a person is perceived as different. In a certain country's contexts, particular social group can be based on sexual orientation except of acts considered to be criminal under special law.
