The APPG on Population, Development and Reproductive Health is a group that has been very active in lobbying and advocating on the issue of FGM. This survey report is the results of analysis of a questionnaire that was distributed within the UK and globally to government agencies and NGO's working on FGM. Altogether, 350 questionnaires were distributed and a third of the receipients responded to the survey. The results of the survey were analysed in preparation to the parliamentary hearings on May 2000.
