The Decree establishes the National Commission, charged for 2 years with the task of implementing actions as far as art. 3 and 4 of La n° 7/2006. It is presided by the Minister for Equal Opportunities, with the participation of Head Managers by the Department for Equal Opportunities, and representatives from other Ministries ( Employment and Social Affairs, Health, Education, Interiors, Foreign Affairs) and from the State-Regions Conference. 8 Experts are nominated as members, 2 of whom MPs. The Commission is going to be reappointed during the next months (Information by the Department for Equal Opportunities).
