Professional Secrecy Provisions
Conditions for disclosing information
if 1) law requires disclosure of data 2) other's protection requires disclosure. In case of child endangerment, Article 17 (2) of CPA applies to psychologists who work with children, especially at schools or educational/care advice centre (see above).
Right or duty to report
Duty to report according to Article 17 (1) and (2) of the Child Protection Act, or if the protection of others requires this
Existence of disciplinary sanctions in case of non-reporting
Disciplinary sanctions in case of non-reporting. Criminal procedures might also be initiated (Endangering a person under work duty, Article 171 of the Penal Code).
