Professional Secrecy Provisions
Conditions for disclosing information
The obligation does not exist if
1. the affected person releases the members of the health and nursing professions
or
2.the revelation of the secret affects the national security, public safety or the economic welfare of the country, the defence of order and the prevention of crime. Or is evidence for the protection of health or morals or the protection of the rights and freedoms of others is necessary or
3. messages to the social security and health care institutions for the purpose of royalty statements are required.
or if there is a Suspicion of serious bodily injury
