- Over time
The Ministry of Labour and Social Policy is currently negotiating (at government level) the new National Program for Counteracting Domestic Violence. According to the draft program several changes will be introduced to the reporting system on domestic violence (Ministry of Labour): - All Ministries listed in the report by the amended Counteracting Violence Against Women Act will have to report to the Ministry of Labour. Data on domestic violence (Blue card procedures initiated) will have to be collected by the health care facilities and education facilities. The statistics will represent the number of Blue Card procedure initiated by each sector (but not the total number of Blue Cards initiated in the country as there will be no personal records) - victims of domestic violence could have Blue Card procedures introduced in various facilities (health, police, social care) -The "gender" variable will be introduced to the statistics collected by the Ministry of Labour (including statistics on gender of victims and the offender -Sharing of data bases of the Ministries and the National Police in the area of domestic violence)
