Data according to the Law on the Protection from Domestic Violence

Personal information on victim/perpetrator (ID, gender, age, relationship with the victims, re-offender, re-victimisation), number of interventions by the police, type of the misdemeanour, number of victims in cases of domestic violence, the number of appeals against the decision of the Magistrate Judge, number of the proposed and imposed protection orders, number of cases in which the perpetrator was in possession of a weapon, number of accused persons, number and type of protection orders, number and type of the imposed sentences, number and type of the correctional measures (for minors), number of imposed fines, family history of the victim/perpetrator, employment status, acts implemented by the Centres for Social Welfare, number of appointed special guardian for the child in court proceedings relating to domestic violence, the number of accommodation in the shelter, number of victims in the need for hospitalization, medical expenses caused by the treatment provided to the victim, the number of cases in which the victim or the perpetrator where referred to treatment in a psychiatric facility and other information specifically related to the obligations of the competent institutions.
