Quality assurance process
No systematic activities are implemented to assure that the processes will fulfil the requirements for the data output. However, heads of intervention centres meet regularly and tend to unify definitions of concepts. This can be considered a part of the quality assurance process. Also, when mistakes occur they are corrected (e.g. when it was discovered that one item was omitted during 2012 it the data were collected subsequently.

The Association has a methodology and shared definitions which should ensure reasonable comparability. Heads of individual ICs also meet on regular basis and clarify ambiguities.

Current developments
The Association plans to start collecting data on violence against seniors, which should also include gender dimension. However, the informant also volunteered: "I think that we do not feel any need to expand our data collection. We are relatively small service and we collect quite a lot of data."
