The public prosecutor service (PPS) has developed a new registering system in 2008, called the Geïntegreerd Processysteem (GPS). The GPS is gradually replacing COMPAS (Communicatiesysteem Openbaar Ministerie Parket Administrative). Before COMPAS registration was done in paper form (per case).
