Description
EIGE has developed a tool to help parliaments to assess their organisation and working procedures for gender sensitivity. It collects facts to determine the level of gender equality in a given parliament, thereby highlighting its strengths and weaknesses. This knowledge facilitates the identification of the changes necessary to improve gender equality in the parliament.
