Guide pratique pour une communication publique sans stéréotype de sexe
This guide provides ten recommendations to gender mainstream public communication and eliminate gender stereotypes, focussing on language, content and use of illustrations. The main target groups are public organisations at the national and local levels and secondarily, their stakeholders, especially public procurement contractors. It was elaborated by the High Council based on consultations with linguists, communication experts, public servants, civil society representatives and policy-makers and it was built upon several legal documents encouraging public organisations to gender mainstream their public communication . This guide is not binding but users are invited to sign an official commitment form (‘certificate of adoption’) and send it back to the High Council.
