Nivea
Nivea - a company where women constitute 50% of employees, of whom over 60% are between 25-35 years old - established a corporate nursery which allows to retain employees with small children. This is a company level initiative, where good practice was initiated President of Nivea Poland Heinz-Jürgen Stüting, and a precedent for this was set in thecompany's German office.
