Unternehmensprogramm "Erfolgsfaktor Familie" (Company Programme "Success Factor Family")

Since 2008, the company programme has assembled topics concerning the reconciliation of family and work. It offers successful examples and reports of companies that use innovative measures to practice a family-conscious personnel policy. Moreover, it provides a broad selection of recent investigations, fact sheets and guidelines on issues such as return to work after a family-induced absence, corporate childcare and family-friendly provisions in company agreements. Germany's most family-friendly companies are honoured with an award in the framework of the company competition "Success Factor Family", in order to make success stories known, to spread ideas and to demonstrate that both employees and enterprises profit from family-friendliness.
