Analysis of the effects of implementation of family-friendly working environment
The authors proved a considerable psychological effect in the companies/organisations that were awarded the “Family-Friendly Enterprise” Certificate in terms of satisfaction of employees. By the adoption of the Certificate, the leadership of the company/organisation expresses its positive attitude towards the need of their employees to balance work and family and indicate a compatibility of professional work and family. The employees’ physical presence in the office is no more a criterion for evaluation of their work effectiveness. The outcome of a package of measures exceeds the sum of outcomes of individual measures.
