Resolução do Conselho de Ministros n.o 70/2008

This resolution enacted in 2008 establishes the strategic orientations to be followed by all the state-owned companies. They must adopt human management policies and practices as well as action plans favouring gender equality and a balanced participation of men and women. This involves tackling horizontal segregation, vertical segregation, gender discrimination in general and promoting family-friendly practices.
