Gender Mainstreaming: the Way Forward
Five study reports were the results of this EU funded project (ESF23): an executive summary of the Project; the gender pay gap; the career paths and conditions of work of University graduates; a teleworking pilot project; and family friendly measures.This study targetted at social partners, HR managers and stakeholders, sought to raise awareness and carry out research on the benefits of the introduction of family-friendly provisions at the place of work.
