Women's Social Rights and Entitlements in Latvia and Lithuania: Transformations and Challenges

This study argues, based on qualitative and quantitative data, that in spite of various policy and practice efforts to ensure fairness in professional life for men and women, challenges still exist in regards to employment rights for women in Baltic republics.
