This is a publication of the Gender Equality Office of the Small Enterprises' Institute of the Hellenic Confederation of Professionals, Craftsmen and Merchants that was produced within the context of the project "Action Plan for the Promotion of Women in Decision Making Centers of GSEVEE Institutional Bodies". It aims at providing simple and understandable information on the issue of reconciliation between work and private life, as well as suggestions for policies, measures and good practices. In this way, is aims to be a useful source o information and a base for argumentation for women in decision-making positions in the federations.
