Document de Politique Transversale. Politique de l'égalité entre les femmes et les hommes

Transversal policy documents are produced since the mid-2000s on a number of policy domains, including GE since 2010 (first issue: 2011), and annexed to the Act of orientation of the Finance Act (Loi d'Orientation de la Loi de Finance (LOLF). Before that date, a brief gender equality report was already annexed to the LOLF since 2001. These documents collects, with contribution of relevant ministries, all programs and policy actions related to GE. Those are integrated into a series of governmental priorities withj respect to GE, including fighting gender stereotypes and GBV through appropriate means. Sex-disaggregated data are provided as evidences supporting on-going and planned actions. Transversal policy documents thus have a dual function: monitoring and planning.
