Usklađenost obiteljskog života i rada

Paper presents the results of the quality of life survey in Croatia, giving insight into the perception of work-family balance of employed persons, the impact of working hours on family commitments and lack of time perception. The results are presented at national level and on counties level indicating how women more often than men perceive work-family conflict. Higher work-family conflict is associated with time spent at work and in housework.
