Aims and objectives
Integration of a compulsory training module in gender equality for all new civil servants in Luxembourg as part of initial training delivered in the National Institute of Public Administration (INAP).It aims to give participants an overview of areas of gender inequalities and policies in the field.
Results and impact
Around 500 civil servants trained each year. Internal evaluation not accessible.Internam evaluation results: mitigate assessment by trainees.

Training is delivered to all new civil servants. Its duration varies between 6 hours and 12 hours depending of the career.
