Setting targets of women's quotas
The company devised an equal treatment plan on how to reach this quota step by step (Gleichstellungsplan, September 2012, ORF; Gleichstellungsbericht 2011, Stand 28, März 2012, ORF). There are neither bonuses nor sanctions in case of fulfilling or failing the quota.

Results and impact
The Austrian Broadcasting Corporation just started implementing the quota plan 2012. An evaluation on results and achievements will be made after two years.
