Gender equality plan setting a gender mainstreaming strategy
There are two components in the strategy: 1. Equal treatment is made a top management responsibility 2. All decisions in the corporation need to be accompanied by the question on how they affect women and men. The plan develops actions for both components. Among other things, the plan has led to the implementation of a pilot project on gender budgeting.
