This letter deals with sexual health issues, among other FGM. The letter gives an overview of the achievements regarding FGM (development of action protocols for professionals and 4 million euro was invested in six pilots that aimed at training key persons from communities that practice FGM, at organising sensitisation activities for at risk groups and at training professionals) and states that a national roll-out of the pilots will start in 2010, and knowledge spread in all GGD's. It also states that a medical certificate for parents in which they declare not to circumcise their daughters while in countries of origin.
