This is a guide to use if The Grand Duchy Police, with the authorisation of the State Public Prosecutor have evicted a person close to your family who is likely to commit acts against your physical integrity. The evicted person is unconditionally prohibited from returning to the domicile and its dependencies so that you will have some degree of safety. The eviction measure shall end on the tenth day at 5:00 p.m. following the eviction, unless you lodge an application to prohibit their return. You are also required to comply with the eviction measure in the sense of not allowing the person concerned into the domicile.
