The helpline is a phone number for the assistance of victims of domestic violence (900840111 - 24 hours a day). The web page includes also a brief guidance on how to react in case of suffering domestic violence; a mailbox for posting queries; an introduction to the different types and stages of domestic violence in order to help women to identify what they are going through, and a description of the steps victims have to follow to denounce their situation (see the link)
