From March 13th a new protection order form has been implemented. The new questions include: - if a victim wants to hide her phone number / address - work phone number / work address of the offender - the reasons the protection order is requested for - children witnessing violence incidents, - children at the risk of violence - if the offender possesses weapon / has an access to it - if there are any witnesses of the incidents - other evidences (i.e. messages left in voicemail, letters, damaged objects) - if the victims were psychologically abused (and can attach psychological report) - requests for approaching / communication prohibition regarding the victim and / or her children - requests for temporary residence - custody regime - alimony (if receives and to what extent it covers the basic needs) - the new protection order form also includes information about tele-assistance and protection service for victims of GVB)
