Current developments
There is an on going adaptation of the data base because of the changes in the Criminal Code and Law on Criminal Procedure and because of the need for harmonization with existing regulations. The focus of the changes is on regularly updating. Also, the competent Ministry of Social Policy and Youth now requires a different way of recording and reporting the data.
Relation with third parties
Statistical report is visible on the official website of the Ministry of Interior, including alleged acts of violence against women. Data being published concerns the following Laws and Rules: Law on Protection from Domestic Violence, Criminal Law, the Protocol on Protection against Domestic Violence, the Rule of Conduct in Cases of Sexual Violence.
