Data collection by KOORDONA, it is a provider of the service. Reporting incidents to member organizations, incidents are reported originally by victims (most of them), by witnesses an even by offenders.
There are no rules set down por reporting to third parties, no established procedure. However, each organization is very careful with respect to privacy and protection of individual persons.
