The European Equal Pay Day (EEPD) is held annually and marks the extra number of days that women must work to match the salary men earned on average in 2011. According to its Regulation, EIGE has the task to develop a European network on gender equality. In this context, EIGE is hosting a consultation meeting on useful and effective networks, which will target different stakeholders and actors engaged on gender equality issues, with the purpose to discuss the work developed until now and the future steps.
