On 8-9 October 2018, EIGE experts will be visiting Italy and, in cooperation with the Italian Department for Equal Opportunities, will be organising a gender equality seminar.
The aim of the event is to present EIGE's gender equality toolkit as well as the progress of gender equality in the European Union - with a special focus on Italy. Although Italy has made some progress in the area of gender equality - as calculated by EIGE's Gender Equality Index - still, there are areas where many challenges persist.
