EU Agencies' Workshop: Moving towards Gender Balance

EIGE's Gender Statistics Database shows that 34.7 % of the highest decision-making positions within EU Agencies are held by women and 65.3 % by men. To reach gender balance among top positions, the EU Agencies Network is organising a dedicated workshop.

Barbara Limanowska, EIGE's Team Leader for Gender Mainstreaming, presents EIGE’s Institutional Transformation Toolkit and how it can be used to boost gender equality within an organisation. The Director of the European Institute for Gender Equality, Carlien Scheele, will also address the audience in the opening.
